Focus on Flamenco: Memoria Antigua

Award-winning dancers/choreographers Patricia Ibáñez and Abel Harana join a host of talented musicians to explore flamenco traditions from the far-reaching corners of Spain and Andalusia. As Memoria Antigua (Ancient Memory) immerses audiences in song, colour, and movement, it revives flamenco styles that have fallen into disuse, including the seguiriya de Frijones from Jerez and the Trilla and the Zángano of Puente Genil.
