A Park for the Community
Since its opening in 2015, Aga Khan Park has hosted a number of events that bring together community. From movies in the park, to health and wellness activities, to celebrations and festivals, the Park offers a variety of events for everyone in the family.
Aga Khan Park, Aga Khan Museum and the Ismaili Centre Toronto, along with a number of neighbouring and city wide organizations offer programs and services to enhance the quality of life for the entire city.

Past Events

Between March and May of 2021, the Aga Khan Park’s hosted Spring is Here! an outdoor exhibition celebrating the beginning of spring. Panels were placed throughout the Park, allowing visitors to explore and learn about spring traditions from cultures around the world.

On August 14 and 15, 2021, the Aga Khan Museum hosted a Summer Soiree, featuring live music, delicious food, and beautiful reflections of lights and surrounding trees reflecting off of the pools at the Aga Khan Park.
In May of 2021, the Park worked with Michael Garron Hospital and East Toronto Health Partners to host a pop-up COVID-19 vaccination clinic. Staffed with health professionals and local volunteers, the clinic drew hundreds of residents that rolled up their sleeves to receive their vaccination.

Between October 20-22, 2021, the exterior Aga Khan Museum showcased light projections from students of OCAD University's Experimental Animation program. The theme focused on the notion of "coming together." Visitors to the show sat at the Park while enjoying the public art show.
